Craft beer means quality. Craft beer means it was made with care, made with a passion and desire long lost by the major players in the brewing industry. Carft beer means there is going to be a flavour, a treat for the taste buds, a delight for the senses. Craft beer means variety. Craft beer means supporting the local business owner, the local economy, your own community. Craft beer means I am living my life to the fullest. Craft beer means I am a happy man.

If I am selected as a winner, I would love to attend on the Sunday please.

I do not remember when the last time I bought something that wasn’t craft beer. After a trip to the west coast and seeing all the craft beer I came home and was on a mission to try anything and everything that Ontario has to offer me.

It means it’s handcrafted in small batches, with real ingredients. No extracts, nothing artificial. And it’s made by people who are focused and passionate about making a premium product, not improving the bottom line. Cameron’s says it best: “Brewed by a connoisseur, not by an accountant.”

Craft beer is brewed with passion and the consumer in mind. Simply put its amazing.

Craft beer means supporting your local community, tasting quality choice ingredients sourced from outside and within your area, and adventurous choices in discovering unique beer styles. A strong appreciation of beer that goes beyond a refreshing sip but the broader local/global experience going on inside your class. I would love to check all this out on Saturday!

Craft beer is the way beer is supposed to be. It gets at the root of the tradition that’s made beer great: creativity, innovation, and a sense of adventure. “Throw even more hops in there and see what happens!” “Substitute a little of that chocolate malt instead, and let’s see what that does for it!” These are things I imagine being said as these fine crafts are made. It’s fantastic to see Canadian brewers taking an old world craft and making it new world art with exciting ideas. If chosen, I would like to go Sunday.

It means taking pride in your work. Has more to do with quality rather than quantity. Experimenting and standing by your product. At the end of the day you get what you pay for.

Craft Beer means good quality beer that has been crafted by good people that take pride in what they do! Drinking Canadian craft beer is truely a great experience and a privelidge! We need to help blow up the craft beer scene and encourage the government to make micro brewery beers more accessable in Canada. I’d rather spend more money, get less beer, but at a much higher quality than your big box breweries! Less beer … More heart!

To me, craft beer is about small batch brewing by small independent brewers who have to work twice as hard to get their beers to the masses and who are doing some of the most innovative things in the beer industry right now.

I recently have become part of a beer club with people from across Canada. We will be featuring different beer every 1-2 weeks. I want to focus on Ontario Craft Brewers, so this would be an opprotunity to learn more about them. Would love to attend to line up the beer I will vlog about.

Craft beer is about getting unique flavour, putting your own ideas and creativity into the brew. It’s a custom-fitted shirt instead of a one-size-fits-all.

I’d prefer Saturday.

Craft beer is beer as it is supposed to be. Take out all of the unnecessary advertising and marketing and you are left with the beer. @steamwhistle does it right. Only thing allowed in my house. Saturday is great.

Craft beer is the taste of the region. The sweat of the local beer makers who love what they do. I personally love the opportunity of tasting their hard work. Keep it up!

Craft beer is beer, pure and simple, made by people with a passion for creating a quality delicious beer. It’s not about the big corporations making bajillions of money. It’s about the little guys who focus on quality and delivering a great pint of beer.
