The Jordan House Tavern in Jordan Ontario hosts an annual Christmas fundraiser. For $1 hang a Steam Whistle tag on their tree to support local charity, and earn a chance to win a Steam Whistle gift basket.

  Steam Whistle Sponsors Sound Solutions Cycling Team Have a can of Steam Whistle on Porter Air

The Steam Whistle-sponsored cycling team Sound Solutions made the cover of Ontario Cycling Association's magazine for providing the largest donation to the OCA racing Youth Fund. Pictured is Ed Makarchuk, Sound Solutions captain and a great contender. Ed finished out the 2009 season with a cyclocross race on Sunday November 29th in Toronto.

Turnip and her vest "A friend has a worn out vest from his work and gave it to Turnip. I made a patch pocket with the logo and lined the jacket with a plaid linen sample I got from the textile museum sale. I added a girlie collar for a bit of fun. I am pretty sure Turnip will provide excellent advertising for Steam Whistle with her cute face and this smart coat."

"I am just e-mailing you to let you know that yesterday at 1:00p.m our group had a tour. Our Tour person was Gordon. I just wanted to make sure that you and the managers know that he was wonderful. There were eight people in our group and we all had a fabulous time. He was informative. Open to all questions and most of all a lot of fun.
