Good Beer Folks in North Bay

Steam Whistle has great friends in North Bay to whom we paid a visit this February. Canadore College School of Culinary Arts and Steam Whistle paired for a cooking challenge where groups of chefs developed a creative original dish using Steam Whistle Pilsner. Congratulations to Emily Hart and Tony Goswell for their winning dish:

Duck confit, braised red cabbage with apricots and raisins — both made with Steam Whistle Pilsner and served with truffle mashed potatoes.
