The Second Annual Toronto Garlic Festival in 2012 celebrates Ontario grown garlic. Try tasty food from several cuisines prepared by Toronto chefs, and buy fresh garlic direct from Ontario farmers.

Thirty garlic farmers and chefs cooking with garlic. Meet Ontario garlic farmers and taste chef-inspired delicacies. Hear about the health benefits of garlic, watch demonstrations on how to cook with garlic, and take home your winter supply of cooking garlic.

Garlic inspired food prepared by local chefs and fresh garlic for sale in many varieties and and flavours. Plus pickled garlic scapes, garlic jelliie, garlic dill pickles, garlic braids, garlic bulbils (for planting), garlic pesto, handmade baskets, garlic jewellry, and folk and fine art.

Many rare and heirlom strains of garlic  will be available.
