The Toronto Strip Show

From the Sunday Special to the World Wide Web, comics strips are often one's first exposure to the world of comics. With this in mind and to help celebrate our 10th Anniversary, the Toronto Comic Arts Festival is excited to announce The Toronto Strip Show, featuring original thematically-linked comic strips from dozens of comic artists exhibiting at the 2013 Toronto Comic Arts Festival.

Steam Whistle's Permanent Collection

Steam Whistle Brewing hosts monthly art exhibitions in their Gallery to showcase local creative talent. We have hosted over 100 month long shows, including established artists and those who are showing for the first time.

We do not charge rent for the gallery space, nor is a commission earned on any works that are sold. At the close of each show, one piece from the show (of the artist's choice) is donated to the Steam Whistle permanent collection bringing further profile to artists through the thousands of visitors to the brewery annually.
