Dezignated Dressing
In a sauce pan, add a bit of olive oil and roast the onion and garlic. As soon as it's golden, add the beer and bring to a boil.
No more than 5 minutes later, bring down to a simmer and slowly whisk in the oil, cider, agave and rest of the ingredients.
Use some chili flakes for extra kick, or cut up a small red pepper to roast with the garlic and onion if you wish.
Mix in with warm small roasted red potatoes for a quick dish, or cool down to mix in with coleslaw and refrigerate overnight, tasting for seasoning before serving. Got leftovers? This dressing is also great served warm next to gravy, as an alternative/addition to pour all over your turkey feast!
Dezignated tip: Replace yellow onion with chives, cider with red wine vinegar, and use this mix as a dressing over Boston Leaf lettuce for a great salad!

1tsp agave nectar or sugar (Personally, huge advocate for the smokier taste of agave)

1 med. thinly sliced yellow onion
2 cloves of thinly chopped garlic
