Steam Whistle Turkey Stuffing

1. Saute onion, carrots, celery, garlic, in butter just until softened. Season with celery salt and pepper.


2. Add cranberries to thaw.


3. Add beer, bring just to a boil. Add Stove Top stuffing and flavour packs. Mix and Cover. Turn off heat and let stand until all beer is absorbed about 5 minutes.


4. Fluff with a fork. Eat as is or stuff a turkey!

2 carrots chopped

2 stalks of celery chopped

1 large Spanish onion

1/2 cup frozen cranberries

2 gloves garlic minced

2 Tbsp salted butter

2 cups Steam Whistle beer

2 boxes Stove Top Stuffing

Celery salt and pepper
