Keirra's Drunken Potatoes

Combine all ingredients in a pan glass or metal Cover with tin foil put a few pokes in foil

Preheat oven to 350

Cook for 20-25 min stir every 10 min may need to add some more beer

When potatoes are tender take it out and enjoy with a bottle of Steam Whistle!!!

Ingredients

1 small bag of baby potatoes

Or 4-5 potatoes chopped it small chunks

2-3 cloves garlic chopped/crushed

1/2 Spanish onion sliced

1.5 tbs Montreal steak spice

Tiny pinch of salt and some pepper to taste

Good Drizzle of EVOO

1/2 bottle of steam whistle for Pan

1/2 bottle for yourself
