PUB SPREAD
Blend all the ingredients, add more beer if you find it's too thick.
Makes approximately 3 cups
For a change – add a couple of tablespoons chilli sauce and fresh herbs.
Ingredients
1 250 gram cream cheese (softened)
¼ cup butter
1 tsp. Each worcestershire, horseradish
2 – 3 s of hot pepper sauce
¼ tsp. black pepper
¼ cup Steam Whistle Pilsner
½ tsp. crushed garlic (I use more)
1 250 gram Imperial cheddar cold pack cheese
