Iced Raspberry Longdrink
A cool dessert beverage for warm days, recommended by Harald Sowade, our retired first Brew Master.
Reduce the raspberries and lemon to juice. Sugar the rim of each glass by dipping in lemon juice and then sugar. Fill each glass half full with crushed ice. Pour in the raspberry-lemon juice to cover the ice. Fill with chilled beer and serve at once.
- 3 cups raspberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 lemons
- crushed ice
- 6 pack of Steam Whistle Pilsner
