Kawartha-Style Red Eye Flank Steak

Coat steak with other ingredients. Refridgerate overnite. BBQ to desired state (approx 7 minutes per side for medium).


  • 2 lb. flank steak
  • 6oz. Steam Whistle
  • 6 oz. strong brewed coffee(optional)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp red wine
  • couple of shakes Wooster (Worchestershire Sauce)
  • Dashes of Hot Sauce(to taste)
  • 1/2t Dijon Mustard
