Pork Skewers With Steam Whistle and Spices

Directions:
Marinate the pork for 24 hours. Skewer and grill.
Makes 16 Buffet-Size Servings
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs pork loin, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 Tbsp onion, minced
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Cup Steam Whistle Pilsner
- 1/2 Cup chicken broth
- 1/4 Cup apple butter
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
