Kegging and Filtration
Cyril George, Brian Rodrigues, Evangelos Petropoulos and Glenn Archer are responsible for an imperative step in the brewing and packaging of Steam Whistle Pilsner. Once brewed, these guys filter the yeast from our Pilsner making it bright and golden, and distinctly crisp in flavour. They also operate Keg Boy, our kegging system, cleaning and filling our 20, 30 and 50 litre kegs with Canada's Premium Pilsner...so next time you're at a Steam Whistle party, raise a glass to these three hired guys!
